250 / 500 / 1000 hour riders assume the hydraulic system pressure and aggregate class stated at commissioning. Pilot pressure logs and ISO 4406 oil samples stay meaningful only if return-line filters are swapped on cadence.
Continuous abrasive pours outside the rock-valve wear class, or boom pin clearance beyond load-chart limits, need a rebuild rider — not a standard PM ticket. Field MTTR targets apply when OEM kits are pre-staged at the regional hub.
